Not only do we provide Airbnb turnovers 7 days a week but we also provide inventory for all paper products, soaps, shampoo/conditioner and anything else you need to make this as stress free as possible as a property owner!

 

Task Checklist

 

Kitchen​

• Dishes cleaned & replace in designated area

• Stock soaps, dishwasher pods, coffee, sugars, etc

• Cupboard fronts spot cleaned- if needed

• Outside of fridge cleaned & top dusted if uncluttered

• Empty inside fridge (throw old items in garbage)

• Wall hangings straightened, dusted & glass cleaned

• All points of contact cleaned (light switches, doorknobs)

• Backsplash cleaned & splatter free

• Exterior of all appliances on counter wiped clean

• Interior & exterior of microwave cleaned, moved & cleaned under

• Counters cleaned—all items removed & replaced, if possible (uncluttered)

• Outside of stove cleaned & polished

• Inside & Outside of dishwasher cleaned

• Faucet cleaned—top, under handle, sides, around caulking

• Sink scrubbed & washed

• Kitchen table dusted & cleaned

• Kitchen chairs/ bar stools cleaned & reset

• Garbage emptied & bag replaced

• Exterior of garbage can wiped down

• Floors vacuumed / swept—walk-in closet floors vacuumed, if clear

• Floors mopped (if needed)

• Overall room appearance NEAT & TIDY!!!!

 

 

Bathroom

• Remove & replace dirty linens

• Refill shampoo/conditioner/body wash etc

• Exterior of light fixtures dusted

• Mirrors cleaned & streak free

• Backsplash cleaned & splatter free

• Soap dish refilled, dusted & cleaned

• Toothbrush holder cleaned

• Vanity top dusted & cleaned—items removed & replaced

• Faucet cleaned—top, under handle, sides, around caulking

• Sink scrubbed & washed

• Cabinet fronts spot cleaned

• Towel bar dusted & cleaned

• Toilet paper stocked, holder dusted & cleaned

• Door molding dusted & cleaned

• All points of contact cleaned (light switches, doorknobs)

• Toilet interior scrubbed—if toilet brush is present

• Toilet exterior cleaned—including base, behind, & drain

• Exterior of toilet brush/ plunger container dusted & cleaned

• Tub & shower area scrubbed & washed, including top lip & door if present

• Baseboards dusted & cleaned

• Garbage emptied & bag replaced

• Exterior of garbage can wiped down

• Floors vacuumed / swept—walk-in closet floors vacuumed

• Floors mopped

• Overall room appearance NEAT & TIDY!!!!

 

Hallways & Common Areas

• Straight up anything that has been moved around from guests

• Ceiling fans dusted as needed

• Mirrors cleaned & streak free

• Wall hangings dusted & cleaned

• Windowsills dusted & cleaned

• Molding & corners dusted & cleaned

• Door molding dusted & cleaned

• All points of contact cleaned (light switches, doorknobs)

• Baseboards dusted & cleaned

• Floors vacuumed / swept—walk-in closet floors vacuumed

• Floor mopped as needed

• Overall room appearance NEAT & TIDY!!!!

 

Bedrooms

• Ceiling fans dusted as needed

Laundry Rooms

• Machines wiped down (front, top & sides)

• Lint trap cleaned

• Check for dirty linens in machines or around room

• Garbage emptied & bag replaced

• Exterior of garbage can wiped down

• Swiffer walls and trim/baseboards

• Floors vacuumed / swept—walk-in closet floors vacuumed

• Floors mopped

• Overall room appearance NEAT & TIDY!!!!

 

Safety Checklist

• Stove/oven is off

• Door locked, if required

• All lights turned off

• Pets are safe

• Windows closed/left as found

• Toilets not running

• All Faucets are off

• HVAC Set Accordingly
