Hoard to Heaven

In 2022, owner Meghan Price went to a quote for an extremely neglected hoarded home. After pricing and getting ready to drive away an idea came over her and she decided to offer the home owner the quoted amount to purchase the property. A few days later, they reached out accepting the offer. It took 16- 30 cubic yard dumpsters to empty the property and tons of sweat & tears to gut and remodel it. This home went from being almost condemned to being the most beautiful home on the block.
