• Inside & Outside microwave

• Stove/Cook top scrubbed & polished

• All surface areas scrubbed and cleaned

  • Items removed & replaced, if possible

  • Counter area must be uncluttered to properly clean

• Backsplash cleaned

• Cabinet faces spot cleaned

• Light fixtures cleaned

• Light switches & outlet covers

• Cobwebs removed

• Kitchen table cleaned- if uncluttered

• Outside of appliances polished/stainless steel cleaner

• Sliding glass doors inside & outside

• Hard floors swept & “second swept”

• Hard flooring wet mopped

• Carpeted areas vacuumed

• Overall room appearance neat & tidy

In the bathrooms, these tasks will be performed:

• Rugs shook/vacuumed, neatly folded and placed somewhere off the flooring

• Exhaust vent dusted

• Cobwebs removed

• Plastic/Porcelain showers/tub surrounds cleaned

• Tiles showers scrubbed with tile brushes

• Inside sinks scrubbed and washed

• Counters scrubbed & polished

• Toothbrush holders, trays, etc cleaned

• Faucets cleaned and polished

• Mirrors shined

• Light fixtures cleaned, including light bulbs

• Towel bars cleaned

• Toilet scrubbed inside

• Toilet scrubbed & disinfected from tank to base at floor

• Toilet paper holders cleaned

• Baseboards wet washed

• Floors second swept

• Hard flooring all hand mopped

• Overall room appearance neat & tidy

In bedrooms, these tasks will be performed:

• Beds made- sheets changed if new set is on the bed

• Cobwebs removed

• Light fixtures/ceiling fans Swiffer dusted

• Mirrors shined

• Furniture, frames & other items wet dusted by picking up then replacing where found

• Lamps base cleaned, lamp shades dry dusted and light bulbs cleaned

• Window sills dusted

• Light switches & outlet covers cleaned

• Hard floors swept & “second swept”

• Hard flooring wet mopped

• Carpeted areas vacuumed

• Overall room appearance neat & tidy

In common areas & other rooms, these tasks will be completed:

• Throw pillows/blankets straightened up

• Rugs shook/vacuumed, neatly folded and placed somewhere off the flooring

• Cobwebs removed

• Tabletops/Desks cleaned- if uncluttered

• Light fixtures/ Ceiling fans Swiffer dusted

• Light switches & outlet covers

• Furniture, frames & other items wet dusted by picking up then replacing where found

• Lamps base cleaned, lamp shades dry dusted and light bulbs cleaned

In laundry rooms, these tasks will be completed:

• Cobwebs removed

• Mop sinks scrubbed and cleaned

• Faucets cleaned and polished

• Light switches & outlet covers

• Washer & Dryer wiped down

• Hard floors swept & “second swept”

• Hard flooring wet mopped

• Carpeted areas vacuumed

• Overall room appearance neat & tidy

Finally, before Perfectionist techs leave your property, they check these key safety areas:

• Stove/Oven is off

• All lights shut off

• Windows closed/left as found

• Toilets not running

• All faucets are turned off

• HVAC is set accordingly

• Doors unlocked, if required
